Therapy that works with your body & mind
Specialized care for eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma using CBT, somatic practices, and walk‑and‑talk therapy.
You’ve spent a long time figuring
things out on your own
Noticing your habits, pushing through the stuck places, performing at a level most people never see. And still, something in you is wondering what’s underneath all of that. You don’t have to have the answers or know what to do next. This is a space to slow down, get curious, and explore what’s happening with someone who’s here to support you.
Who This Is For
You’re someone who’s been carrying a lot. Maybe it’s anxiety, old patterns, the pressure to keep it together, or the quiet heaviness that comes from feeling stuck. Maybe you’re a high achiever who looks steady on the outside but feels overwhelmed on the inside. Maybe you’re navigating eating disorders, trauma, body image concerns, or the exhaustion of trying to manage everything alone.
You don’t need to have a plan or know exactly what needs to change. You just need a small willingness to show up, even if you’re running on the last bit of motivation you have. If you’re curious about your habits, your history, or why you feel the way you do, this is a space to explore all of that. Gently, at your pace, with someone who will meet you right where you are (that’s me).
How Therapy Helps
In our work together, we slow down enough to notice the patterns you’ve carried including the ones you learned from your family, your history, your culture, and the roles you’ve had to play to get through life. We explore how those generational stories and expectations shaped your identity, your habits, and the ways you move through the world.
As we make sense of what’s yours & what was passed down, you begin to understand yourself with more clarity and compassion. From there, we focus on what’s actually sustainable for you — coping skills that fit your nervous system, supports that add to your life, & ways of living that feel sustainable rather than autopilot.
This isn’t about doing more. It’s about finding what helps you stay connected to yourself in a way that lasts.
“You’ve just come in from a rainstorm
you can’t expect to be
immediately dry warm and comfortable
but you can do the little things
take off the heavy clothing
turn on the coffee pot
wrap yourself in a blanket
one small thing at a time
healing is a process”
-Whitney Hanson
If something in you is asking for change, even quietly,
this is a place to start. Let’s take the next step together.
